Hi! I'm Andrea.

I'm the creator behind Aspire with Andrea... a digital business brand built for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to create an online business with more freedom, flexibility, and intention.

Before stepping into online business, I spent years in the science world earning my PhD in chemistry and working in high-pressure professional environments that looked great on paper, but ultimately left me burned out and questioning what success was really supposed to look like.

That experience led me to start building something different... a business designed around freedom, creativity, and long-term sustainability instead of burnout.

Today, I help aspiring entrepreneurs simplify the process of building an online business through practical tools, strategic systems, and beginner-friendly education.

This is right after I defended my dissertation.

My Approach to Business

My background in science shaped how I see business.

As a chemist, I learned that success comes from testing, data, structure, and understanding how systems work together... and business is not different.

I believe building a business is both a science and an art:

The science is strategy, systems, and proven frameworks

The art is creativity, branding, and building something that feels authentic to you

That balance is at the heart of everything I create inside Aspire with Andrea.

10 things not many people know about me:

Musical Scores are my weakness. I love the emotion, intensity, and storytelling they create, and I remember them the way others remember lyrics.

I had a jewelry-making business in the 6th grade... I used colorful pony beads to make bracelets, earrings & rings. I even took pre-orders so my "clients" could customize. I also had an inventory & sales notebook.

I was on the Rifle Squad in my high school's marching band (the spinning-kind).

I'm a bit OCD, which may explain my love for systems, structure, and noticing tiny details.

I was a part of a major 3-year DARPA-funded collaboration project in grad school.

I'm childfree, not childless.

I loved origami & cat's cradle as a child... still do (I hope I meet a fellow string game enthusiast one day).

I geek out over the Summer Olympics the way most people geek out over the Super Bowl (Artistic Gymnastics, Swimming, Diving, Sprinting)... shouting, cheering, jumping, hands thrown in the air, etc.

I have an entire Animal Bucket List of creatures I hope to meet someday: penguins, elephants, foxes, owls, koalas, raccoons, manatees, octopus (I want to see the intelligence).
